Meet Your Facilitator
I’m Emily, a 9D Breathwork Facilitator and the founder of Fria Breathwork. I created this space because of the profound transformation I experienced through my very first 9D journey. It was the first time I felt a true freedom—a deep release that helped me remember who I really am beneath the stress, stories, and expectations.
That remembering is what drives me. Breathwork is more than a practice—it’s a return. It’s a way of peeling back the layers until you reconnect with the part of you that’s always been there: strong, clear, calm, and whole.
I’ve seen how this practice can dissolve stress, regulate the nervous system, and open space for clarity and creativity—even for people who have tried other modalities and felt stuck.
Through Fria, my mission is to guide others into that same experience of release and renewal. To create safe, powerful spaces where you can let go, reset your system, and come home to yourself again.
Fria Explained
The name Fria comes from Scandinavian roots, meaning free. It reflects what breathwork creates—a sense of release, openness, and freedom in body, mind, and spirit. Breath is the most natural tool we have to return to ourselves, and Fria embodies that liberation.
The logo, inspired by sacred geometry and Scandinavian design, features interlocking triangles within a circle. The circle represents wholeness, unity, and the cycle of life, while the triangles symbolize balance, integration, and transformation. Together, they capture the essence of 9D Breathwork: many layers woven into one cohesive, powerful journey.
Fria is more than a name—it’s a remembering of who you are.
