Frequently asked questions

Do I need any prior experience with breathwork?
No experience is required. Every journey is guided step-by-step, making it accessible for beginners while still powerful and transformational for seasoned practitioners.

What can I expect in a session?
A typical 9D Breathwork Journey lasts 60–90 minutes and is done lying down in a safe, comfortable space. You’ll be guided through intentional breath patterns while immersed in carefully designed soundscapes and narration.

As your body adjusts to the breath, you may notice physical sensations such as tingling in the hands or face, temperature shifts (feeling warm or cool), or a sense of energy moving through your body. Some people experience muscle tension or involuntary movements as the body releases stored stress. These sensations are normal and temporary.

On an emotional level, you may feel waves of calm, bursts of energy, or even emotional release—such as laughter, tears, or a deep sense of peace. Everyone’s experience is unique, but most leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Who is 9D Breathwork best for?
It’s beneficial for high-achievers, leaders, athletes, and anyone navigating burnout, stress, or emotional blocks—as well as those who are simply curious to try something new and transformative.

How is 9D Breathwork different from meditation, yoga, or other breathwork?
Meditation is generally passive—focusing on stillness and observation—while yoga works primarily through movement and posture. Traditional breathwork often emphasizes a single element, such as breathing patterns alone.

9D Breathwork goes further by being active and multi-layered. It blends conscious breath with immersive sound frequencies, guided visualization, affirmations, and subconscious reprogramming. This integration engages body, mind, and subconscious simultaneously, often creating faster, deeper, and more lasting shifts than single-method practices. Many people who haven’t found the breakthroughs they hoped for with meditation or traditional breathwork discover that 9D offers a more immersive and transformative path.

What should I bring or prepare?

For In-Person Sessions
You don’t need to bring much—just yourself, water, and comfortable clothing you can relax in. I’ll provide everything you need for the journey: premium 9D headphones, cushioned mats for lying down, bolsters for under your knees, a supportive pillow, an eye mask, and a cozy throw blanket. This way, you can fully settle in and focus on the experience without distraction.

For Virtual Sessions
At home, you’ll want to create your own space. Choose a quiet, private area where you can lie down comfortably without interruption. High-quality headphones are essential for experiencing the immersive sound. Have water nearby, wear loose clothing, and consider using a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to stay comfortable. Most importantly—make sure you have privacy so you can let go and dive into the experience.

What is your cancellation policy?
Creating a safe, focused space is essential for the depth of a 9D Breathwork Journey. To honor both your experience and the group’s, please plan to arrive a little early—whether in-person or virtually—so you’re fully settled before we begin.

  • Start Time is Sacred – Once a session begins, the container is closed. No one will be admitted late, either in-person or online, as it disrupts the safety and flow of the experience.

  • Refunds & Late Arrivals – Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or reschedule. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Why This Matters – These boundaries are in place to protect the integrity of the session, ensuring that everyone feels supported, safe, and able to drop fully into the journey.

Is 9D Breathwork safe?
Yes, journeys are trauma-informed and guided in a safe, supportive way. However, those who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions such as cardiovascular issues, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or a history of seizures, history of aneurysms, severe asthma, serious psychiatric conditions like schizophrenia or psychosis, eye conditions like detached retina or glaucoma, recent surgeries, or any heavy medications like opioids should consult a physician before participating. That said, modifications and adaptations are available to help make the journey safer and more accessible for many participants. Please inform your facilitator of any health concerns before your session so we can discuss adjustments and ensure your experience is both safe and supportive.

Can this be done virtually?
Yes. With a quiet space and headphones, virtual sessions are just as immersive and impactful as in-person journeys.

How can I find out about local or virtual events?
The best way to stay up to date on upcoming sessions is by following along on social media. Local in-person events and virtual group journeys are posted regularly, and spots often fill quickly. Scheduling for all sessions is available on this website.
